“The apartment is very clean and I will give it a 10”

That it was close to everything

That it was confusing about check In and had trouble to enter the property never had to download an application to get access to the place but it was an experience and we solve the problem I was very happy because I did get help immediately but it was kind of scare not to be able to have access in all honesty this was also due to a same day quick booking

The man I talked to on the phone was very kind and helpful. He stayed on the phone w me until we were able to enter the flat. The apartment was quiet and nice.

To be improved

Must download an App that keeps your birthdates, passport pictures, etc., forever. Cannot get the flat until you agree, which is an Internet private issue in case the App is hacked & our data are compromised. The elevator has key slots for every floor, which made it seem like we had to walk several floors to this attic apartment. Thankfully, the man on the phone said no key was necessary, as we needed to enter the apartment first to get our keys. I didn’t like all of the technology - the weird white contraption to lock and unlock the door, etc. The company should do what’s convenient for the guest versus putting stress on the guest just to enter into the apartment. We stayed at another apt elsewhere and they gave us a code to unlock a box that had the apartment keys in it.

“Magic Place in a Magic City”

This is the second time for me and there will be more and more and more. Communication with the Host, perfect. Apartment: very big and ultra clean, new and has everything you need. It is located at walking distances from everything. Thank you again Carlos and Team!!

“Once you get in, its great.”

Location was great, city centre to allow us to have a look round. lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Flat is very smart and well equipped.

To be improved

Access to the flat is supposed to be by an app which has to be downloaded. Registration is via the app and that worked well, we had good wifi at a motorway service station. The signal in the street wasn't good enough for the app to work and open the door. I phoned the owner who came out quickly to show us in. He seemed grumpy with me because the app hadn't worked.
