Villa Trinacria

I would like to thank you for everything. The property was great and an enjoyable experience however I would like to express my disappointment with various issues in the house which are as follows; 1. The main kitchen tap was broken and it was somewhat frustrating when it came to wash things. Dishes and hand towels were missing. We had to buy more. 2. The room next to the kitchen had various leaks coming through the window. 3. One of the rooms had no door frame and no door.  4. Humidity issues and mold throughout the house. 5. Outside the jacuzzi was not working and we could not use it. They promised that they were going to repair it but nobody showed up. 6. The garden area looked a bit abandoned and unkept. The sun disappeared completely broken and tattered. 7. The awnings in the top terrace were not working properly. 8. There was poor water pressure in the bathroom next to the main entrance. 9. The chairs are in very poor condition. when sitting, the legs of the chair fell apart. Luckily I didn't hurt myself worse... We feel that these issues should have been addressed or a mention should have been done prior to completing the booking. The property needs cleaned properly! All furnishing are covered with ants! Our mattress protector and pillow cases had not been washed! Sweat stains from previous tennants. I washed these the first night of arrival and they came up white! So they had not been done and all 10 of us are home covered in bed bug bites! Sofas need a proper wash! They are filthy ! Dead bugs all behind and under sofa cushions. Outside chair cushion on balcony was stained on one side and blood on the other! Villa also had some critters living with us. 3/4 lizards in several rooms, cockroaches and of course the ants everywhere: we barely cooked because the kitchen is so bad with ants. They’re are a few other complaints like clocks not working and old broken piano where perhaps an additional sofa should be. No lights in the pool or balcony area, no batteries for air conditioning remotes.. the power to the whole house also trips 4-5x a day!! Very annoying.

The villa is a bit dated but just look past that and it is amazing.
