“Uncomfortable beds and sofas and very old and poor equipment.”

Location good, property itself was fine.

To be improved

Equipment very limited, old and not all working properly For example, washing machine had no instructions and temp control broken. Barely enough kitchen contents e.g. only 4 coffee mugs, 1 saucepan etc. not really suitable for self catering. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Sofas old, 2 sofas and 4 wood dining chairs but no cushions. In renting villas in Javea for over 25 years this was the worst!
