Really nice property- spacious and comfy. Lovely pool and sun loungers, good kitchen facilities, beds were comfy. The Villa was in a perfect location, 10 minute walk from the restaurant, 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.

To be improved

2 of the bedrooms weren’t air conditioned.

The best

The villa is spacious, the rooms beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The patio is a spacious for all guests to utilise at the same time. The pictures on the website captures the ambience of the villa. It was clean and well presented with lovely views of the ocean, and sunset from the balcony. It offered lots of privacy for our family which we appreciated. Well stocked kitchen with all amenities, large comfortable living area and lots of outside areas with beautifully maintained garden to chase the sun or shade. We all as a family of five (children 22, 15 & 9) had very chilled and relaxing time in Tenerife. The pool area was clean and tidy and the swimming pool was clean and big enough for us. The children loved the trampoline! There was a bbq although we didn’t use it. Large mall only 10/15min walk away. Other shops/restaurants five min walk. Close to the beach (black sand) and 10 min walk to waterpark. Alberto was the perfect host who met us after our flight was delayed, gave us all the information required in a very pleasant manner and was easily contacted if we required anything.

To be improved

Air con only in master bedroom and would’ve been appreciated in other bedrooms/living room as it got very hot at times and the two fans provided were only small. Can’t be changed but to note, access to a bedroom was only through the master bedroom which could cause privacy issues. The only option would’ve been to use the outside entrance up the stairs which wouldn’t be convenient/safe for children.
