The best

Great villa nicely decorated and well furnished. Conforme to the pictures. Very nice terrasse and BBQ, very appreciated for Christmas. Great concierge service.

To be improved

The pool was a bit cold. The neighborhood is fairly new so quite some noisy construction around that did not help for the view. All this makes it a bit expensive.

To be improved

The only downside is that there is ongoing building work in the area which looks like it will take a couple of years to complete. It didn’t disturb us as we were out and about. If you’re looking for a great property in a good location and have a car to travel around, I would still recommend.

Our host Petra was very kind and helpful. The vila has everything what you could need during your stay! Fully equipped kitchen, quite large swimming pool, TV everywhere etc... Even if you would not have a rental car during your stay this is the perfect accommodation for you. Market, restaurants, bakery are in 15 min walk from there.

The best

Nice vacation home for a couple of days, we enjoyed having a lot of space including three bedrooms (with well working AC in each) with a bathroom each. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we especially appreciated the great barbecue. The host was very kind and welcoming and available for any questions before and during the stay. The pool is a nice touch for refreshing (even though not suited for swimming). Comfortable beds and a lot of wardrobe space in each bedroom.

To be improved

We were made aware of the construction sites (on both sides of the house) in advance, however were told that there would not be noise on Saturdays which unfortunately was not the case. The construction is ongoing from around 7.30/8 AM until around 4PM. However, if you plan your day accordingly (meaning go on activities around the island during those times), and considering the rather low price for the villa for what you get (reduced due to the construction), I still find this villa a good and fair stay for a couple of days with a nice ocean view.

The villa itself and everything indoors is very nice.

To be improved

The pool is not a real pool. It is extremely shallow and cannot be really called a pool. It is about 80cm deep and even my 5 year old couldn't really swim there because she could just stand in the middle of it. It is more like a large bath? Clearly this pool was built only so you can take a good picture of it for marketing. The terrace of the next villa is ridiculously close and in full view. It is like 7 meters away. I have attached a picture taken with a normal iphone lens. The whole villa is located in the middle of a massive construction area. I don't mean like a house being built next door, I mean there is a whole neighborhood being built on both sides of this villa. They have a gigantic crane, they are building streets, they are crumbling rocks. It is loud and work starts at 7:30AM, including Saturdays. The pictures of the view from this villa are nothing like what you are really going to see and are borderline scam. And they will never be like that again, because right now there is massive construction, and after they are done, there is just going to be a large housing development there.
