We loved the location , view and the amount of space we had.

To be improved

The beds could do with being updated as weren't very comfortable. The showers were also very temperamental with the temperature. The kettle in the kitchen needs to be replaced as it was moulded inside.

“Stunning views but noisy.”
The best

Laura was fantastic. Met us when we arrived, friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment is very spacious and location is very good 30/35 mins walk to old town and also to Pedregalejo. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. 3 decent sized bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms/3 toilets. Parking space is perfect and easy and safe access to apartment. Lock. 24/7 security is reassuring also. Convenience store 1 minute away and bigger store 10 mins walk. Beautiful clean beach across the road also. Taxi rank outside the next door hospital is also a bonus.

To be improved

Similar to other reviews the road is very busy and very noisy, not helped by the poor quality of windows and doors, some didn’t close or lock either. The noise was so load it’s not really possible to sit on the balcony. Master en-suite is very old fashioned and awkward to get in and out of the leaky shower. Apartment overall is dated and in need of a some love and attention. Some painting(especially the overhead on balcony) and care generally and this would be a 5* review. Overall a very good stay in a lovely residential neighbourhood.
