The property is very sleek and modern with a great open-plan living area and pool area. All mod-cons. The rooms & bathrooms are big enough also Vanessa and the team were very accommodating

The best

High specification of equipment in the property. Clean, well presented. Light and airy feel. Comfortable beds and air conditioning throughout property. WiFi available. Paid for pool heat and the pool was lovely and warm. Helpful and friendly guest support. Street parking outside the property. Supermarket close by, very convenient. Excellent provision of extras. Excellent location for access to Melanoras & Maspalomas. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

To be improved

Power trips out easily, can run only run a few appliances simultaneously, not a problem, just need to be careful not to run too much together. Water randomly doesn't flow, period without only lasts a few 10 minutes or so. Internet provider occasionally cuts out, on holiday so good reminder to be off technology! Property on either side being built (unique to our stay Apr 2024, 1 nearly finished, 1 still a shell).

The Villa is beautiful and very clean.

To be improved

The building cannot take the power load so our power switch kept tripping for the entire week. It was so annoying. For our 7 days there was incessant noise from the construction going on next door. Builders were playing loud music, leering over the wall. We had no privacy... drilling from 7.30am every morning. They made our week hell! This should have been disclosed before we paid almost 3k for the week but it wasnt..wasn't... I contacted the company looking after the villa. They were not interested in our issues... so I contacted booking.com directly and received a partial refund for ruined week. Avoid booking here if you want a relaxing holiday. Disgraceful.
