Villa Ventolera

The air conditioning had no remote control so We could not use it, the owner said they were waiting for a new one

The property is situated opposite a busy hotel with continual noise from ventilation extractors, bottle banks and buses dropping off and picking up guests. The buses are a matter of feet from the property when turning to exit the hotel. The house is scruffy, tired and dark not like the photos on booking.com which are misleading. The bathrooms are fine. Kitchen equipment is all very old and the towels were well past their best. An ongoing issues was there is no instruction booklet for the house so we for example had no idea were the swimming pool was, therefore we had to contact the property manager for basic housekeeping information. The outside area has artificial grass which was covered in leaves and dead vegetation this was cleared up when we complained.

We actually thought we had our own pool going by the profile of the villa.The pool is actually situated in between the villas around.It is private to all villas.

It’s modern interior well stocked kitchen glasses plates the lot. You got the sun all day which is why you go on holiday.
