“Very very disappointing”

Location. That’s about as good as it gets

To be improved

So so many items broken, worn, not working. Trip switch went down at least 4 times a day. Drawers in bedroom broken, lights broken, bulbs not working, outside chairs broken, this villa hasn’t been maintained and for the price you’re paying I’d avoid this place. Location is the only good thing. And Antonio who is the guy you call. He was very helpful but it’s the owners who couldn’t be bothered maintaining the property. I can only describe it as shabby and worn. I have photos of everything that was broken. Very disappointed

“Perfect Villa Stay”
The best

We stayed here for a week on a group holiday. We were met at the property and given a detailed tour of the property and the surrounding areas. The location was perfect, it was down the road from a shop and the beach. As well as a short walk to bars and restaurants. You could get a taxi on the main road to take you into the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen at an extremely cheap price. Or alternatively, it is walkable in 20-25 minutes. The villa is quiet, which was lovely during the night. The villa had many amenities, especially the kitchen area. The outside patio was used for card games and dinner, whilst the bathrooms were well lit and perfect for us girls to get ready in. Every other day the pool got properly cleaned and filled. We had an evening flight home and we were kindly allowed to stay until we needed, which helped massively in the end because of air traffic strikes! We were told by the owner that if this isn’t possible, that they have nearby apartments that you can store luggage in. Couldn’t fault the property at all and we hope we can visit again soon!

“Brilliant stay - highly recommend”
The best

We got married in Lanzarote during this stay and booked this villa so we could entertain some family round at the pool. It was fantastic and we loved everything about it. Great space, great set up and the pool and outdoor area is fantastic with beautiful views.

Location

To be improved

Not very clean, furniture very tired and a smell of damp. Also we had a young baby with us and we found him playing with a cockroach in the kitchen. We found bed bugs on my daughter’s bed. Photo below.
