outside area dirty cluttered and dangerous, pool dirty, decomposing lizard in the pool, film of slime on top of pool and steps, outside furniture rusty and dirty, bed linen not very clean and mismatched , one bed had a duvet cover for a sheet, kitchen had ant infestation, shower leaked,property was nothing like advertised on your website, we booked 8 nights only spent 2 there we booked into anorher villa

Air conditioning could be better.

1) There are 3 air conditioners in the house, but only one non-functioning remote control (no batteries/lid) for all of them. 2) TV in the living room is missing and replaced by cheap painting which is even not properly attached to the wall (it scared us to death when on second day of our stay it fell off and banged on the furniture below). 3) Plastic parts of windows (including alarm sensors and anti-insect window curtains) are worn/broken. 4) Water drains in both showers were clogged. Owner failed to fix the situation upon our complaint and chosen to ignore us. 5) Kitchen facilities are very old and have layers of burned fat on them. 6) Garden furniture is almost falling apart (it just occupying potential parking space unnecessarily). 7) Sunbeds and swimming pool were dirty. 8) The photos for the property were made years ago and do not represent the actual state of the villa. First bad impression was made by awkward "bonus package" from the owner which consisted of two bottles of tap water in the fridge (while at other villas we were welcomed with fruits and wine). There are garbage containers just in front of the house, so each morning at 4 AM you will be woken up by a noise coming from glass collection by waste truck. Also, this could be the reason of another issue - lots of cockroaches. There were many of them in the kitchen, especially they liked to fist in the dish-washing machine. I tried to solve detected issues together with villa's owner, but he was unable to fix them (as he was not even present in the country and not supposed to come back till the end of our stay). It was especially frustrating when the owner promised us to send technicians/cleaners on next day, we waited them whole day and no one finally came. Afterwards the owner didn't check the situation and didn't even ask for excuse. I have left this villa prematurely and received small refund after hours of conversations with booking support.
