Villa Victoria by Escape Home

A spacious villa with lovely decor. Plenty of seating inside and lots of storage space in the bedrooms. The garden and pool have both sun and shade at various points of the day and there are multiple outdoor seating areas to suit sunbathing and sitting in the shade. Excellent location in Binibeca - less than a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and the rest of Binibeca Vell, yet quiet and peaceful at the villa. Beautiful sea views! We really enjoyed the BBQ. Parking is on the road and no problem finding a space. Reliable wifi (for the island!) and big television.

The property was well equipped. There was plenty of storage space for clothes. The garden was beautiful and the pool was lovely once the weather got a bit warmer and it heated up a bit.

Ideal villa for a large family group ages 4 to 78. Spacious with plenty of outside seating. Lovely garden with a view of the sea/sunset. A bit dated/ in need of tlc but that didn't bother us - made it more homely! Short walk (steep downhill) to rocky coast, supermarket and Binibeca centre; 15 minutes walk to Binibeca beach (unfortunately the beach bar is no longer trading). Any queries were answered promptly in office hours.

The situation is perfect. 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. 10 minutes to a lovely beach. The house has a good plan, and the garden and pool were lovely. Easy to find parking in the street just outside.
