“Lovely Villa overall”

Lovely sea view Villa - great master bedroom and bathroom . Beds were very comfortable. The salt water pool was great - also enjoyed the golf putting green . Good communication from Owner and Karim is a very nice helpful guy who manages the property

To be improved

Pool only cleaned once but didn’t raise as an issue Back gate area cant really be used , although another main gate at back exists . A lot of small ants in the kitchen .

The best

This property was exceptional, beautifully spacious, equipped with everything you would need, absolutely fabulous location, direct views of the sea and access to the promenade for a leisurely 15/20 min walk to wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. Martin was a fantastic host and furnished us with so much information on the area and places to visit of which we took full advantage including the golf club 5 mins away. Also a big thank you to Karim, the management agent who was so friendly and obliging and always answered our queries promptly. Also a shout out to Fraser, pool maintenance, lovely to meet you and thank you for your advice and chats.

“We had a fabulous week in a very comfortable villa hich was brilliantly located on the ocean front.”

The best

Locations fabulous with ocean view and direct access to promenade, beds were comfortable, lovely heated pool and sun beds which we used often every day, great seating areas both inside and outside, kitchen was spacious and well equipped although a few of the appliances were not working, supermarket just over the road, beach was a 10 minute walk, local bus stop right at the entrance, use of Playa Roca communal pool and restaurant great although solarium advertised did not exist.

To be improved

The host (agent) was not very helpful, a number of appliances in the kitchen not working, air conditioning was pay extra even though the booking showed it was included, some bedroom doors did not close and those that did stuck in the frames and were noisy when pulled open, an ongoing pumping noise during the day and especially at night which could have been from the desalination plant at the harbour, pool cleaner arrived a few times without warning.
