The intercom and barrier opener within the villa doesn't work and a replacement a fob requires you to walk up to the complex entrance every time you have a visitor or taxi to let them in, then back up again to let them and their cars out. If you don't have a car do not even consider renting this property, it's 12km into town, no public transport and at €25 each way to Costs add up. The issue was reported and known about for a long time and the owner hasn't repaired it. I don't recommend this property, plenty of other villas in complex with working barrier control from your villa.

Very noisy neighbours Some plates in the kitchen had food stains on them. Sofa desperately needs updating - not comfy at all.

we know the area well and always rent a car so the location was perfect for us

would ideally have like better blinds/blackout curtains as the kids tended to wake up with the sun

We liked the fact the villa was peaceful.and the golf course views were interesting. The parking was good and the space was numbered. It was very clean when we arrived. We would return In the future.

Pool was a little bit small but ok for a couple.
