“For the price of the villa I was very disappointed the owner is a con artist and very rude”

Nothing it was Dirty old and falling apart most thing was broken etc shower the hot tube kept turning off and the cooker and shower was both broken on arrival the electricity kept going off , the out door furniture was all broken and super glued together for a temporary fix there was an ant infestation in the kitchen chopping bold had thick green mold no cleaners showed up within the 17 day and I have pictures to prove it. Air conditioning is not included with the price and on the day I landed the owner of the property asked for €700 for air conditioning she then demanded another €500 for the code for the security box to enter the property she scammed us after paying £5,500 air conditioning and the pin to the property provided for free. I have photos to prove everything I have just listed. Half of the entertainment equipment was not up to standard or damaged or missing pieces and the safety glass on the roof Terrance was smashed which is a safety hazard. Thick dust on inside the shelf’s of every walldrobe. Bird fescue on the swinging chair on the outside equipment and live electrical wires with tap wrapped around the ends another safety hazard electric gate to enter property was broken had to be opened manually and it a heavy piece of equipment. Shower pressure and hot water was low quality. First day I arrived the water was turned off from the mains and we was unable to shower or clean the property for the first 24 hours on arrival no taps worked.

-Ant infested -Not cleaned -Chopping board had mold -Shower broken -Money demanded from property owner on arrival to be allowed inside the property -money demanded for air conditioning & heated pool - outside equipment was broken or not up to standard -healthy & safety issues such as broken safety glass on roof Terrance & electrical wires out in the open with tape around them. -hot tub broken and kept switching off -no water for 24 hours on arrival -dust inside every bedroom walldrobe -entertainment equipment broken/damaged or missing parts so unable to use -cooker Nob was broken & the cooker hobs itself was glass & broken
