The best

We liked the quiet location, new sofa, comfy beds and coffee and tea provided. There is also a nice community pool of which we took advantage of.

To be improved

Aircons have a circuit breaker installed so that it only runs for 30min up to 2 hours - to safe on electricity costs for the host, however if it is a hot night it is very inconvenient to wake up several times during the night sweating and to have to turn the A/C back on. No mosquito nets either to sleep with open windows unfortunately. We didn't have hot water because apparently there is a boiler that has to be plugged in - if we only knew... ;-(
