Location is ok, but far from the center of malaga. It is near cute fisherman's villages.

I STILL DID NOT GET MY DEPOSIT OF 800 EURO'S BACK!!!! Everything in the villa is old and falling apart. After two days, we decided to file a complaint at booking.com. The owner, to get back at us, filed a complaint back. She is saying that we broke a bed, which was already broken. Everything was broken, old, dirty: - cabinets in kitchen broken - one bed broken - one shower not working - one shower leaking (the showehead and the cabin) - one toilet broken - cockroaches - fountain and garden furniture old and broken - not enough supplies in the kitchen for a large group. We had to buy our own wineglasses. - one of us woke up in the middle of the night because it was raining and leaking on her bed. - they also left bags full of dirty laundy the whole week at the front door. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. It is also very annoying that i have contacted the owner many times, but she does not pick up the phone anymore. They are lying to booking.com, and booking.com is not yet willing to help us with getting our deposit back. It has been six weeks now. I have phoned booking 4 times, last time the conversation was 1 hour and 50 minutes. They say that there are two sides of the story and they do not want to pick a side. But it's not like that, it is THEFT.

“Brilliant place for a family group holiday but for the price don’t expect too much”

The property was large and catered well for our family group of 17. The location was excellent and in a quiet area. It’s a fantastic property with lots of beautiful character. The owner is very good with communication.

To be improved

The property is dated and in need of urgent repairs to furnishings, showers and electrics.

The property is huge. Amazing for a group trip with a nice garden that catches the sun, big balcony and a great kitchen for cooking

To be improved

The furniture was a little dated and the wifi didn’t work. Some lights were also a little dim.

Despite the lack of any damage, the deposit was not refunded for over a month and the owner stopped responding to messages. Please note that the deposit was immediately debited from the account and no block was created. Definitely be careful. The matter was reported to booking and the police.
