⭐ Review Title: Avoid at all costs .... filthy, hot, and nothing like the photos This place is located at the top of a very steep hill. While the view is nice, that’s the only positive I can share. ❌ No air conditioning: Opposite to what’s advertised, there is no AC in the room. It was like a sauna all night, completely unbearable. There seemed to be an AC unit in the living room, but we couldn’t get it to work ...it appeared to be broken. ❌ Ineffective, dirty fan: There was a fan on the wall, but when we tried to use it, it blew a ton of dust on us and did nothing to cool the room or provide fresh air... it was still boiling hot. ❌ No relief even with windows: We tried opening the window, but it was around 42°C outside, so there was no fresh air and the room remained stiflingly hot. ❌ Insects everywhere: The room had tons of cockroach-like insects and mosquitoes. I stayed up all night watching over my family so they wouldn’t get bitten. ❌ Shared, disgusting bathroom: You have to line up to use a shared bathroom with zero ventilation, leading to an unbearable smell. Other guests left their personal items all over the counters and shower, so there was no space for our own toiletries. ❌ Hot water problems: The hot water was inconsistent, turning on and off unpredictably, making showering uncomfortable or impossible. ❌ Filthy fridge: Other guests stored things in the fridge that smelled horrible. ❌ Hard to access: It was very difficult to get into the house, requiring you to go through several locked gates ... extremely impractical, especially when arriving late. ❌ No privacy or comfort: Other families staying there acted like the place was theirs, giving you dirty looks just for passing through shared areas. 🔊 No sound isolation: The room had another door connecting directly to someone else’s room, so you could hear every single noise from the other guests ... zero privacy. ❌ Dirty and moldy: The room walls were moldy and disgusting.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT IF YOU WANT PRIVACY. IT'S NOT TRUE TO DESCRIPTION. We booked the apartment for 3 nights. -No private spaces. No matter which room you book, you will not have a private bathroom, kitchen, or living room. Even if you book a room with a "private" bathroom, it is only accessible through a shared corridor and cannot be locked. We paid for a private bathroom, and guess what? Other people used it -Absolutely no privacy. The apartment’s maximum capacity is 13 people, and check-in is allowed at any time—some guests arrived at 2 am partying. -Everyone that comes is scammed that they will get private spaces for their use. Every guest seems to think they’re getting private facilities. During our stay, new guests arrived, were shocked to see us, and we constantly had to explain ourselves. -No soundproofing. You can hear everything-even people sneezing in next room. -Misleading photos. Some rooms are in the basement with almost no windows (not like in pictures). -AC IS NOT IN ALL ROOMS! AC is not available in all rooms. We booked a "deluxe quadruple," and the AC control was located in the corridor. It controlled both our room and the neighboring one. Imagine turning it on while the neighbors want it off—instant conflict. Some rooms only have a fan. If you complain, they’ll tell you that AC falls under the category "GENERAL," meaning it only applies to the shared kitchen and living room (which do have AC). - wrong descriptions: No mosquito nets, coffee maker is not working, pans are dirty teflon chipped and etc.. No bins in rooms, and you have to go other floor to use the kitchen bin. There is only one bin in kitchen for EVERYONE. -Other guests took our food. No labels in fridge, total chaos. -the owner even allowed a random person to sleep in living room and didn't see a problem until we complained and said we will contact booking. -wrong location in maps.

More power sockets, potential for shared areas.

The location was different as written on booking. This was enough frustrating as we came in the very evening and we decided to stay, but then we could not Enjoy the centre of herradura. There were another 2 couples and one family, so it was little bit strugling with common spaces.
