“shame because the apartment was nice location great but the management poor”

broken awning on roof which made an awful noise at night and kept us awake the management tried to tie it up and said it needed mending but no attempt made to mend it .they turned up to take 400 euros bond in case of damage .there was stale food in the fridge and rubbish left on roof terrace and the rug in the living room was badly stained which they did remove .it took 2 weeks to get my bond back which there was no mention of on booking . com when I booked.they didn't have the facility to refund my card which the bond was taken .poor for a holiday company .or don't take a bond if you cant refund it the correct way I would not book if this company are involved very poor

“Excellent Apartment - highly recommend 👌”

The best

On arrival, we were met by a very friendly gentleman who opened up the apartment. He showed us around and advised us of all the facilities there were to use; it was very well equipped I.e. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, all cooking utensils, cleaning supplies etc. The apartment was very clean and very modern. We loved that there were two bathroom/showers. There was a balcony at the front and also the roof top terrace which was also well equipped with sun loungers, grill etc. My son loved the pool, which was only really used by us so felt like our own private one.

To be improved

We liked everything although the beds could be more comfortable and maybe more channels/options on the TV.

The apartment was great though my sister lives next door so I knew what to expect. Location is good too.

To be improved

The bed in the main bedroom could have been a bit bigger but we are used to a super king at home.
