Well located to everything

To be improved

First point was I mistook the balcony for outdoor smoking place but sadly it's glazed in and non smoking I had to leave the building. My fault there though. Secondly it wasn't very clean, the one cutting board a bread board had not been washed. Poor lighting not one lamp. Mattress and topper are stained. Flooring potentially dangerous with uneven tiling and a metal knobble sticking out the floor to trip on. The laundry area was depressing and took for four days for anything to dry. Kitchen smelt of stale milk until I had a clean but still could faintly smell it. Oh and the toaster was disgusting we weren't putting bread in that so we bought ourselves one to use. Also a lack of electricity sockets. There is one in kitchen for kettle, microwave and coffee machine. So you can't boil the kettle while using the microwave or using the toaster if you're brave enough. And there is only one working useful socket in living area.
