“We loved it and would come back.”

The best

Great location close to the market and the cathedral, great tapas bars nearby. Also close to the beaches.Nicely furnished, modern flat. TV, good internet connection. Lovely flat.

To be improved

When we first came in it smelled of mould (ours was the ground floor flat), it was better when we turned in the AC, but will hopefully be sorted by Management. Otherwise everything else was great.

“Convenient but loud stay”

The best

There was an excellent amount of space in the apartment for 2 people. This made it really convenient for a longer stay. The location felt great for us. Whilst being on the waterfront would have been lovely, this felt very local and walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes we wanted to try in the area. We found the bed super comfortable and it was very dark at night time. The amenities were convenient, especially having a shared washing machine on the top floor. They left us 2 washing tablets which was great to not have to purchases ourselves. The shower pressure was great and we didn't seem to run out of hot water ever. This was a 'fine' stay but not an excellent one. For a short time, it would be a suitable apartment to explore the beauty of Cadiz.

To be improved

We are used to noise at night time while travelling in Europe and especially Spain but this was truly next level. As the apartment is right next to the entrance to the building people arriving at really early hours of the night/morning and not being quiet at all, lead to broken sleep each night. In addition, on the final night the front door to the building was either jammed or broken. This lead to people agressively banging on the door, yelling, ramming on the door, or hip & shouldering it all night long. We got out of bed to help people a few times but it was mostly a sleepless night. As others have mentioned, the bathroom really needs some work. It's spacious and the shower pressure is great but without a shower curtain or some sort of barrier, the whole bathroom is saturated by the end of 2 showers. Also because there is no ventilation and so much moisture mould was beginning to form. I doubt it will be long before this is a real issue for the hosts.

“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment had all the necessary amenities. It was clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed and very centrally located. The hosts were very responsive and helped us call a taxi to the train station.

“Beautiful apartment in great location”

The best

Perfect location, just 15-20 mins walking from the renfe train station. Facilities were impeccable, very nice and clean apartment, that seems recently renovated. There is an elevator. We arrived late at night but it was easy to get in because of the door code and then the keys in the lockbox. I would stay here again!

To be improved

I get why you can't remove the key from the lockbox, because guests will never lose it, but it got frustrating being there for three days and every time we came in and out had to open the lockbox, fit the key back inside, etc. Also the apartment is entirely interior, so the windows look onto the hallway, so the apartment got stuffy (didn't want to have the windows open with people walking by).

“Relaxing and enjoyable!”

The best

The property was very clean and well kept, located in a quite area. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t cook. I was happy to see a kettle for tea. We had our morning tea around the dining table, enjoying the lovely sun shine The key system to open the door was code based and efficient. The owners were prompt in replying and we could keep our luggage at their office which was very close to the railway station.

To be improved

All was well and we had a nice time. Just a small observation- I felt that the bathroom could have been a little bit bigger. The leg space around the WC could have been a little more, as one leg touched the glass door of the shower and the other touched the wall below the sink, although it was not a problem.

“Perfect apartment in the center of the old town”

The best

The apartment is very nice and cozy and has everything needed. The location is perfect and is next to the old market. We also had a huge terrace where we could enjoy the sun. We would book it again!
