“Amazing trip , great location , Villas is a home from home! Hosts available before, during and after our stay, with transport organised for arrival and departure. We paid a small supplement of €120 to check in from 12 that helped us as we arrived early. The villa was set up with everything you need over your stay. Wine complementary. We stocked up on cleaning products, toilet roll, kitchen roll ect as we wanted to keep it as clean as possible. Kitchen all equipment provided. BBQ great and easy to use. Aircon works perfectly for the hot evenings. We cleaned the pool twice daily too keep any pollen & leaves out. We also had the garden and pool cleans x 1 during our stay! You have a lock box to store keys in when you head out. Aldi and lidls within 4 minutes walk , town is no more then 10 minutes walk very straight forward. We have stayed in Torremolinos over 7 times now and we will definitely be back to this Villa ! Home from Home 10/10 Hosts 10/10 Very kind , welcoming & always there is you need. The property was well furnished and modern. The garden was a real haven with plenty of shaded areas to relax and a lovely pool to cool off in. Ana was so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

“Modern, charming apartment in a residential area. Highly recommended”

The best

Excellently equipped modern stylish apartment with more facilities than you expect. Excellent set up inside and out. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff, Ana responds almost instantly to requests. Wonderful private pool, sufficiently shaded, and rooftop sun terrace, if you want to bake yourself! 10 mins walk from Torremolinos centre, 10 mins drive from Málaga airport, far enough away from the hustle & bustle, yet close to bars, restaurants, shops, bus & train stations.

To be improved

Outdoor lights go out automatically at 10.30pm. While I understand this is due to being located in a residential area and being mindful of potential noise, the house next door (not affiliated) had loud music, chatting and even arguing into the early hours. I think there should be more flexibility on this. During our stay there was construction work ongoing in a neighbouring property, with hammering and drilling throughout the weekdays. I acknowledg. Villas by Seric had no knowledge or control of this, it did affect the quality of our experience. Even so, I will definitely return again.
