“Great location, not a whole villa”

Excellent communication from the owner, checked the week before when I'd arrive and kept in touch on the day of arrival.

To be improved

The property is termed a villa, I believe this is an incorrect description as the property is two apartments built to look like a villa. The apartments are either an upstairs, with roof terrace (which I was lucky to get by accident) or a downstairs with a garden, which I wouldn't have been happy with. The outside furniture is very old and had some damage, needs replacing and modernising. A beautiful pool outside, but no loungers, almost like the owner doesn't want anyone sat by the pool a real shame.

The best

The view and location is amazing. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. And not just any beach, one that is more remote than the one in Conil. The apartment is also very nice and eith a lot of space.

To be improved

There were quite some ants in our room but not the room of our friends though. It seems like they enjoyed ours in particular :-). That wasn't much of a problem because I believe we can live with them if we keep food in the fridge and in cupboards where they can't reach etc. The problem was when they were also in bed and crawling on me in the middle of the night...
