“Amazing house in a great location!”

Beautiful house, very modern. Pool is great and a short walk to supermarket, bus stop, taxis and beach. Great views of the mountains at the rear and sea views from the front

To be improved

Property is opposite a building site, noise was noticeable but didn’t cause me any discomfort. Toilet paper must not be flushed, and use a nearby bin.

Spacious, modern immaculate villa with all the amenities one could wish for. Excellent, friendly personable host who provided valuable information and was readily contactable if need be.

To be improved

There was a 50€ daily charge to use jacuzzi and have swimming pool heated. While understand charge for jacuzzi use, would have thought pool could have been heated as standard

“A beautiful, modern, luxury apartment”

The best

Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment. All the machines worked and were in mint condition. The private pool was heated against a fee (250 euros for 5 nights). Peaceful neighbourhood, although cats and dogs may keep one awake.

To be improved

Good to have a car. The pool was supposed to cleaned twice a week, we never saw the cleaning staff. There was no bottle opener. There was a 500 euro deposit that was returned after departure (took four days to be visible on my card).

“Nice and simple”

The best

The house Is a bit smaller in real life than what you imagine from the photos. Everything was very clean and organized. The outdoor area is very nice - we had the pool heated for us which was super, don´t think we would have used it otherwise. The BBQ was a great edition to the house - we used it more than the stove. There is a washing machine and a dryer and a stand for hanging laundry outside. The property is a walking distance from a supermarket. There is plenty of parking outside on the street. The internet connection was fine and you can do screen sharing on the TV. Anja met us at the property and did a quick house tour to explain everything. Anja was super helpful the whole time we were staying there. She also came to meet us when we checked out. There were a few things that needed to be fixed after we did our check in and it was taken care of immediately.

To be improved

The location is a little remote and the area around is half developed and messy. There was a construction going on behind the house which was very loud. The kitchen had simple cooking utilities available - so we used the BBQ almost every time. It is furnished for 8 people - we were 7 so it meant doing a lot of washing up after every meal. As this was a meeting place for 1 week for our mixed family we had planned to stay as much at the property and enjoy spending time together, was a bit small for feeling comfortable to everybody. There are 2 rooms with NO doors so you are lacking privacy. Could be so easily fixed with sliding doors and then you also would have the noise cancellation. We were missing some extra shelving in the living room/kitchen. The house is nice but not luxury. But could be with a few touch ups.
