Villas Guzman - Grandiosa

We had an amazing time at the villa. The outside area, pool and view are beautiful. The walk to the shops and beach are within 10 minutes and 20 minutes to the old town. The amenities in the villa are efficient. I cannot explain how much we enjoyed our family shin dig here! We even experienced the great black out on 28th April, we went down to the fuel station and purchased some coal and had to have an unexpected last day of no power and a BBQ for evening dinner... we ended up thoroughly enjoying our last day basking in the sunshine with a view, lounging in the pool and having BBQd food. Not sure why there are any complaints on here, we had a broken bed on arrival and a leaking shower and it was dealt with in 20 minutes. You can't fault that!! The glow of the fell aka big rock in front of the villa on an evening is immense. I've uploaded many pics of this as it was a beautiful view. I've also uploaded as many as I can without anyone in them. Thanks for a great time we will definitely be back (if you'll have us 🤣)...

Great location, stunning views and surroundings. Felt very private and in a quiet part of town. Only 15 mins walking to civilization/shops/beaches. Great communication with the staff at the office.

We more or less loved everything! The outdoor space was amazing and just what we were hoping for. Inside was very spacious too with all bedrooms a good size. Shower rooms and laundry room were great and the kitchen was a fab size and very well equipped. The location of the villa was ideal and not too far for us to walk down to the seafront of Calpe.

Fantastic view across to mountains, very spacious and comfortable for 12, extremely clean, and spotless pool, lovely outdoor space very useable, private and secure. The 10 minutes walk to the sea front restaurants and supermarkets managed easily. All in all, it is a fantastic villa in a great location. I'd stay again happily.

We stayed in villa grandiosa end of april with our family of 11. For this size the house is well equiped and for us perfect with one of the bedrooms located on the ground floor for the grandparents travelling with us. The villa is in an urbanisation 15 minutes walking to the beach the surronding area is quiet with mostly villas and empty plots. The villa itself has an nice view toward the mountains. Calpe and surroundings has enough to offer from being active to laze around the Pool or beach. Would recommend an (rental) car. Friendly staf at check-in key pick up at ten minutes drive from property.
