The best

Good location to Moraira. Good south facing pool. Very quiet location.

To be improved

All in all would certainly not recommend this Villa due to no Aircon. We read all the reviews about no aircon, and thought we would be okay without , as there had recently been new ceiling fans installed. But the new fans are not effective ( they just circulate warm air), and one could not open windows due to mosquitos (no nets on any windows). All rooms felt like an oven, and not easy to sleep at night. South facing villa so this heats up all the rooms, be warned. If we could have got our money back we would have left on the 3rd night, as we could not sleep. Sadly could not go inside during the day to cool off. Mobile signal is very poor so one has to rely on the WIFI which sadly was extremely poor. BBQ inadequate. Very little shade outside.
