Villas Las Maretas

- hot water in showers was temperamental and took a long time to get through. We got used to this by the end of the week and learnt to run it for several minutes before it stabilised, but could do with either fixing or having instructions to know what to expect. - patio doors could be incredibly tricky to lock both downstairs and upstairs - blinds or curtains required in smaller double room as this does not have shutters so is quite bright. - lack of general cleaning equipment to help keep house tidy, example surface cleaner, polish, bug killer. - kitchen equipment is lacking or has seen better days (odd plates and glasses, no oven dishes, broken cutlery, no extra bin bags etc). We are a family of 3 amd were washing mugs and glasses frequently. There was not enough basic crockery for the intended occupancy of 6 people. - need some information and hints and tips about both the villa and the area, either in a folder or as a link to a website. For example - oven instructions, how often to expect cleaners, maintenance, best place to get groceries, directions into town, closest bins, emergency numbers etc. - requires some safety/emergency equipment. I've stayed in villas before that have simple first aid kits, fire blankets and torches incase of power cuts which is really helpful.
