Villas Maribel Pocillos

Immaculate modern villa with excellent outdoor space.

From start to finish, our stay was fantastic The location is in a quiet street, but yet only a 5 - 6 minute walk from the nearest beach, restaurant, and local shop. It is situated at only a slight elevation, too, so our walk wasn't strenuous at all. The location is about halfway between Matagorda and Puerto del Carmen, each town reachable in 25 minutes at a leisurely walking pace. These are lovely walks to take. There are bus stops nearby to catch buses to each town and beyond and very good cycle lanes. The villa is spotless, very safe, private, and comfortable. The serviced pool plus the surrounding area was in immaculate condition. The eating area, too, was great and nestled in a pocket out of the windy climate. Inside, the coffee machine went to great use, and the beds with AC facilitated a great night's sleep.Loads of towels were provided for the one week stay. The addition of a safe, alarm, security shutters, and dead lock on the main gate provided the reassurance of security for the stay. To top it off, our host Ismael was very kind and hospitable, providing us with a nice welcome pack and was at hand for any queries. He even went so far as to extend our departure for a number of hours to provide us with a relaxed last day before our late flight and booked a taxi for us, which was a lovely gesture. 10 + highly recommended. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely villa, super clean. The host Ismael had great communication. The pool is perfect. The pool guy even comes every morning before you are up and cleans it. It's a short walk to some restaurants (4 mins) and the beach but just outside of the busy and loud main strip (15 mins), so perfect for a family. There were 5 of us 2 teenagers and 9 years old, and the villa was plenty big enough. The air-conditioning is great and was well received the week we stayed as it was extremely hot. The villa is also close to rancho texas, which we went to for a day and an evening (walking distance) The washing machine and all appliances worked great, and there is a manual with clear instructions on how to use most things. There is also an outside shower, which was really useful Check-in and out were super easy, and the villa was easy to find, only 8 mins away from the airport. I would highly recommend this villa to a family. it's definitely in the perfect location, in my opinion.

I loved the pool area. Lots of room, sun loungers. So clean. Gorgeous heated pool. Cleaned every morning. Such a peaceful area about 20 minute walk to the main strip. Inside the villa is clean airy and spacious. There was water and snacks and treats when we arrived which is such a lovely touch. The showers are big and fab. The beds are so comfy. Halfway through our stay the villa was cleaned, fresh bedding and towels. Ismael was so helpful and friendly. There to answer any queries. I cant wait to go back - thanks so much Ismael :)
