Villasun Spiaggia Centro Storico

We stayed at this property from August 21 to 28. The only real advantage is the location — it’s just a one-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was disappointing: • The place was dirty when we arrived. • The bed linen wasn’t very clean, and there was no pillow provided for our son. • The sofa was dirty and squeaky — it made noise all night and had noticeable stains. • The armchair was in terrible condition, heavily stained and clearly not cleaned in a long time. • The bathroom had no shelves or hooks to hang towels, which was very inconvenient. • There was also water on the floor near the fridge, possibly from a leak — not safe at all. Overall, the apartment desperately needs proper cleaning and maintenance. While the location is great, the actual living conditions were far below our expectations.

Bedroom had 2 ceiling windows without proper blackouts curtain . 5am we were awake due to light coming in the room . To go up to bedroom you must go up to some steel stairs very slippery. Bathroom wasn’t proper clean and facilities were very poor . Stairs going up to the 3rd floor are very stiff and not very nice to look at .

Steep stairs, jammed doors (we did not close fully 2nd doors because we were afraid that we won't open them without help from the inside of apartment).

The furniture are a little old and rusty, sleeping caugh not comfortable and double bed quite hard. The water in the shower don't run away quite well and the showerwall is rusty, it should be nice to make it new on this perfect place. Also a knife to cut bread and a scissor should be nice in the kitchen. But the few is great and location.

Probably wouldn't suit people with walking difficulties as on 3rd floor and stairs to bedroom would be difficult to access.

The shower overflowed and the knob came off in your hand. There’s a reason a plunger and mop was left by the side of the shower…
