Here's a concise and honest bullet-point review based on your experience: Hotel Review – Extremely Disappointing Stay ❌ Photos were misleading – The reality of the hotel did not match the promotional pictures at all. ❌ No bell boys or assistance – We had to carry very heavy bags a long distance across the complex with no help offered. ❌ Poor check-in experience – No one escorted us to our room, and it was difficult to find. ❌ Room condition unacceptable – Large, visible footprint on the wall that hadn’t been cleaned. Electrical plugs were not functioning properly. No smart TV, despite it being advertised. ❌ Housekeeping issues – No cleaner visited the room until we complained after 4 days. When the cleaner finally arrived, she walked in on me in the shower, even after being told I was in there and she could hear the water running. Toilet roll wasn’t replaced. No soap provided in either our room or the hotel’s public bathroom. ❌ Bathroom problems – Broken and scattered drain in the shower. Shower didn’t drain properly. Only small hand towels provided – no bath towels. Dirt puddle in the corner of the bathroom. ❌ Pool towel policy inconvenient and frustrating – Towels had to be paid for. Only available at reception, requiring a walk in swimwear. Cash-only policy for towels, which is inconvenient. ❌ Misleading room features – Our booking showed a balcony, but our room had none. Two coffee cups were provided, but there was no tea, coffee, or water. 🚫 Overall verdict – A deeply disappointing experience. Basic hospitality standards were not met. Will not be returning.

Amazing territory of the hotel, spacious apartments. Overall good experience. Apart from the fact that we did pay for package with half board included but turned out we didn’t have any food included into our plan. Could be booking.com problem, not the hotel though

Breakfast was good and those staff we spoke to were friendly If you stay in the hotel complex there are a few pools and facilities

False advertising. My room looked nothing liked the photos on the website. Cracked balcony tiles. No air con in 2nd bedroom which was tiny with no cupboards only 4 small draws. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen area looked very worn and in need of a make over. Bathroom towels were thin and worn. Would I rebook? never.
