“Lovely cozy hotel and friendly staff.”
The best

Check in was fast and easy, hotel is a 5 min walk away the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. Some nightlife options close by. Lovely terrace for smokers and to have a drink late at night.

To be improved

We did come across some local perverts at night roaming the streets and the beach boulevard.

The best

We stayed in the 'bungalow', like a tiny house, lots of privacy. The stairway is a bit small, so if you're over a 100 kg, you should consider not to have the bungalow.

To be improved

The music is relaxing but after two hours you'll fall asleep.

“A nice, comfortable, and clean hotel”
The best

The hotel room was not so big, but I liked the comfortable bed and all the small things like different shampoos and information brochures. I had a silent room facing the garden with AC and TV. Apparently, you could order various health treatments at the hotel. I only stayed one night and left early, so I did not have time to try breakfast or any other activity. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station and close to the beach.

To be improved

I arrived late at night by train, so I could not check in at the normal check-in times. There were no other hotel options, and I needed somewhere to sleep during the night to catch an early train the next day. It took a long time to get the late check-in confirmed. Just before arrival, I was asked to call a phone number. When I arrived, the hotel staff member, or manager, seemed upset at having to interrupt his sleep to accommodate me, so I did not feel so welcomed. In my opinion, the hotel room was quite expensive, and I had to pay an extra 10 euro because of late check-in, which is reasonable, but I think I should have been informed about that when I booked the room.

“Basic accommodation in a great location”

Great location from the centre. The rooms were basic and clean.

To be improved

As there isn’t a full time reception some of the contact points and services were lacking for an accommodation that positions itself as a resort and spa. We were visiting for a wedding and they didn’t have an iron available but the staff were super helpful and help us source one. Checkout was early (10:30) and we wanted to leave our bags but as the reception closes early there wasn’t space or anyone that could give us the bags if we left them for a couple of hours. Overall it’s a good basic hotel with great location but a bit more attention to small details that can improve guest experience would make it a must book accommodation.
