“Very good and pleasent stay”
The hotel staff is very good, very kind. Breakfast is wonderful, the room is clean and shiny. The hotel is near all the great museums and parks.
“Convenient choice in the city centre”
The hotel is located in a side street off Calle Alcalá, in walking distance to metro (closest is Sevilla) and the airport bus stop (at Cibeles), as well as the city centre (Sol / Plaza Mayor). The street has a bus line and some clubs, so probably not as quiet as one would expect from looking at the map. The area (Huertas) is full of restaurants, bars and clubs, with some small supermarkets for stocking up on day-to-day items; around nearby Sol is the main shopping district of Madrid. The hotel has been refurbished recently (2025). At the small but efficient and friendly reception I never saw a queue during my entire visit (4 days), and check-in and check-out were blissfully short. From the reception / ground floor, two relatively slow and small lifts with independent controls (ie you always just call one of them) take you up to the floors; still, I never experienced queues here, either. The recently refurbished rooms are a bit small (you can hardly get around the bed due to the furniture), but sufficient; the modern style includes some floral style stucco and lighting. The rooms offer two wardrobes, so probably enough for two guests’ clothes; there is a small desk with a chair (watch-it: it tilts easily) and a minibar / fridge (not very cold, though). The bathroom is suitable for one person with plenty of space for toiletries; it has the usual amenities like hair dryer, shampoo, body lotion, etc. Interior rooms (this applies to the majority of the rooms) are blissfully quiet; beware of noisy room neighbours, though – the soundproofing of doors and walls is basically inexistent. The beds are good if a bit hard; the double beds have a single blanket and three pillow types, although the rather vary in size than in softness. The windows are equipped with fully opaque curtains to keep out the light. The free WiFi worked well. For breakfast you are provided with a well-stocked buffet with special treats like Iberian ham, homemade cakes, and churros con chocolate. The room is a bit crammed (watch out for the lets of the chairs) and can get crowded. The hotel has a simple restaurant with room service; due to the many good restaurants nearby I never tried it. Apparently, there also is a roof terrace, but due to the opening hours I never tried that, neither.
“PEKILE”
excellent location, very good hygiene, good internet, excellent service, recommendation for all those who want to be in the central area because everything is close, and the hotel is in a quiet side street.
“Super good and clean great spot at the center”

“Very happy with our experience!”
We had to extend our Madrid stay due to weather at home, so we needed to move out of our airbnb and into a hotel. We chose Vincci based on location and we really were impressed! For the price and location, it really can't be beat. Lovely folks at reception! Easy to order coffee for room service! Lovely room that was quite spacious and great bathroom with nice products. Don't think twice- just book it.
“Special and Elegant Stay in Madrid”
I stayed one night at Hotel Vincci Centrum for my birthday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, the reception staff were very kind, and our terraced room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I loved the free sweet welcome treats and the elegant bathroom with plenty of welcome kits. In the evening, we were surprised with two lovely sweets, which made us feel truly special. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid.
