Location was near the main squares and sightseeing. The staff was polite and kind.

To be improved

There was extremely small space for clothes (no separate wardrobe or something like this). No enough shelves or surfaces to store the items. The clothes had to be placed near fridge and food space. It was noisy in the room even in the night. No enough space even on the side tables near the bed. Rather ordinary breakfast for such price. There were no slippers in the room (in spite of 4* hotel status). A lot of space was used for many non-practical, decorative elements. The room was near the elevator. The system of locking and opening the safe box was complicated and really annoying.

“Very pleasant one day stay.”
The best

Staff was quite pleasant, the hotel is clean and nicely designed, lots of choices for breakfast, fresh food, location is superb, walking distance to anything, really. Quiet at night, had a restful night. I’d definitely go back.

To be improved

I would suggest having a bell man at the door to help with heavy luggages, especially that the front door has stairs.
