Impeccable room, modern bathroom, good quality towels and bath robes, and a generous vanity kit. Room equipped with kettle, fridge/mini bar, safe; a large bottle of water is refilled everyday. Our room had a view to the sea and it was amazing to wake up to it every morning. Very good quality breakfast and I must say excellent service - from reception and being welcomed with small attentions in the room to the breakfast service, the staff is very attentive, polite and efficient.

Excellent hotel in fantastic location. Sea view room was bright and spacious with a great shower. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want. It is the staff in this hotel which gives it a top rating . Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. A special call out to Tino who went out of his way to make breakfast a great start to the day. Santander is beautiful, go visit

It was a last minute booking that I made with the Puertochico hotel. It turned out to be far better than I had expected and was exactly what I needed after a long day's drive from Valencia. The hotel is well located for the ferry terminal, has a decent chargeable car park within a couple of minutes' walk , stylish and clean rooms and delightful staff. I am sure I will stay there again one day.

We received a wonderfully warm welcome on arrival and immediately felt at home. Our room was extremely clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a sea‑facing room overlooking the port, which meant we could enjoy coffee on the terrace while watching the world go by — including some stunning sunsets. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet offering plenty of choice and a delicious start to each day. During our 11‑night stay, every member of staff was attentive and friendly. A special mention goes to Tino, who not only looked after us but also became our unofficial Spanish teacher — nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you, Tino. We chose this late‑season break to celebrate both our birthdays and our 20th wedding anniversary, and Vincci made it truly special. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories. A fantastic hotel in a great location, really close to bars and boutique shops. Parking available next to hotel. Our room looked over the marina. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge. Lovely bathroom facilities, great shower and quality products. The staff were great. We had to change our booking at the last minute and we did this with no problem, thankyou for doing this.
