“Lunch at the restaurant next to the pool was very nice. · Cons: We’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past and always enjoyed our visits, which is why we kept coming back. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was so disappointing that we’re not sure we’ll return. We received a complimentary upgrade to a “superior” room, but it turned out to be far worse than expected—located next to the pool and underneath a very noisy room. From midnight until 7 a.m., the guest above us repeatedly ran up and down the stairs, rolled a suitcase noisily, talked loudly on the phone, and made constant disruptive noise. The sound of heels clacking against the floor and heavy footsteps kept waking our two children and made it impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, the in-room phone didn’t work, so we had to get dressed and walk down to reception in the middle of the night just to report the situation. We were told the noise was likely from guests drinking at the bar until 4:30 a.m., but the disturbances continued well into the morning. The following night, a wedding party led to more sleepless hours, with guests returning loudly to their rooms around 3 a.m. and no visible effort to manage or control the noise levels. The room itself left much to be desired—oit was full of mosquitoes, spiders, and flies. Lighting was very poor with the curtains closed, the shower had barely any pressure, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The food was underwhelming as well, with limited variety and undercooked meat and poultry. To top it off, the entertainment was not engaging, and there were hardly any daytime activities offered. For a hotel that once delivered enjoyable and memorable stays, this visit fell far short. It’s regrettable to say, but this experience has made us question whether we’ll return at all.”

The size of the bedroom
Too many poeple haha
“VERY ENJOYABLE”
ROOM SPACE AND LAYOUT
NO SHOWER, ONLY BATH (WITH SHOWER EXTENSION) IN THE ROOM AND THE POOLS ARE A BIT SMALL FOR THE SIZE OF HOTEL
“Good facilities, poor service and food”
Facilities are very good, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, basketball net, padel courts, pool table, table tennis table and plenty of room for children to run off steam.
The hotel didn't seem to have enough space in the restaurant, pool bar or parking for the number of guests - queuing for meals, fully booked pool bar and no parking was the norm. Our stay included half board, the breakfast was passable but the dinner wasn't the quality we were expecting (poor quality cuts of meat, hot dog sausages, mass canteen food). I'd also told the hotel before our stay about a dietary requirement that was only catered for in a very basic way (just alternative milks). In other 4-star hotels usually there are many more options for food intolerances. The service was poor across the hotel, from toiletries not being replenished to dismissive serving staff and having to visit reception 3 times because it was more convenient for them. It was a shame because with proper management it could be a very good hotel.
“Great family resort.”
Very friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean room (suite), lovely large balcony! It is not directly on the beach, but just 5 minutes walk. Great nightly entertainment suitable for families. Breakfast was quite good with a good variety of options. A bonus was the indoor pool in cooler weather as the outdoor pool was not heated. But the outdoor pool is quite big and with deep, which was great.
Would be nice to offer free water in the room, as it's a big resort. Access to the spa was complicated, as it's not part of the hotel, it had a complicated way of booking/using.
