Stayed here one night when arriving in Malaga. Room was ready although we were early. Reception staff very welcoming as was the valet for the car, which was parked for us. There is a nightly charge.. Comfortable room with balcony at the front of the hotel, and with all amenities including safe and mini fridge. Very quiet despite traffic outside. Had breakfast at the hotel. Good choice of hot and cold items, including hot food cooked to order. Helpful and attentive staff. Would recommend this hotel highly and would have no hesitation staying here again.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel in the last week of March. My impressions are generally good but as enthusiastic as some other reviewers. First the location: it is great if you are not coming at Semana Santa (the Holy Week before Easter). The Easter parades which take place every night (and sometimes during a day) for the whole week before Easter are of course very interesting but at the same time they are really tiring if you stay on their route. The noise is heard until late at night and what's more the crowds make it barely possible to get back to the hotel. Don't book this hotel if you are not a huge fan of Easter processions and by no means pay extra for a room with the view of them. We didn't and still we could hear them loud and clear till late night. Some other disturbances were: extremely slow elevators - the waiting time is really annoying; the water flow in the washbasin was extremely weak but to be fair a technician came and fixed it when we called him. Breakfast is really good and worth recommending. Our room was rather small but the bed was comfortable. All in all it was a good stay in this hotel but I am not sure if it is really worth such a high price.

Excellent location . Comfortable rooms . Service was excellent as always . The restaurant staff looked after us very well at lunch and dinner . Nothing was a problem
