Very professional organization. Everything runs very smoothly. At the same time it has a very individual approach. They can’t do enough for you. Particularly the reception staff. The only criticism is the gym that is absolutely tiny and is lacking some equipment. A bench would be very useful. Loved our stay in the hotel. Will be back.

What a wonderful hotel. Very good located and nice restaurants and spa. Also the staff was very friendly and gave us the 5 star feeling. Special thanks to Marta at the reception. She helped us with some extra questions. Gave us a big smile :-)

Our stay at Hotel Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya was a beautiful experience, especially as first-time visitors to a ski resort. The location is fantastic, situated right next to the ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The resort has a warm and welcoming ambiance, adding to the overall charm of the experience. A special mention to the lady, Ineta at the Reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She was understanding and proactive when we raised concerns about our original room, which was on a lower floor with had water dripping from the ice and a limited view. She very kindly upgraded us, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another standout was Yoli, who attended to us at dinner. Her recommendations were excellent, and her attentive service truly enhanced our dining experience. However, while breakfast options were lovely, the service in the morning was disappointing. The waitstaff seemed more focused on clearing tables than attending to guests, and we were left waiting far too long for someone to take our order for eggs. Even after placing the order, it took much longer than expected, with no acknowledgment or apology from the staff. It felt as though customer service was not a priority during breakfast, which was frustrating compared to the otherwise exceptional experience at the resort. Overall, Hotel Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya is a wonderful place to stay, especially for those looking for a cozy ski resort with excellent location and welcoming hospitality. If the breakfast service improves, it would make the experience flawless.
