The hotel was located very close to the city. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

To be improved

This is a 5 star hotel. I had to request toilet roll for our room on two occasions. The cleaners did not leave anything spare even when there was very little left on the roll. Also the top floor bar / restaurant was very hot and miss. Ordering anything can take a long time to come, if at all. The pool area is not kept very clean and the gym area did not have any water or towels.

The location was amazing , 5mins to Tapas & restaurants and 10-15mins to Cathedral & Alcazar. Jerry at reception was amazing and so helpful. The air conditioning in the room was awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable 💫

“Superb hotel in a fabulous central location in Seville”

The best

I loved everything about this hotel, the staff were amazing - really helpful, very poilte etc. The room was perfect for our needs and had a few extra touches that I really liked, a pillow menu, Nespresso machine and silent airconditioning plus comfortable light settings all controlled by a pad on the wall next to the bed. I would certainly stay here again - the central location made walking around the city really easy and breakfast was also superb.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Nice personal service. Nice and clean and I loved my balcony with a jacuzzi. It’s not super cheap but for what I got, it’s good value if one can afford a nicer room. Staff were very nice. The roof top restaurant was nicer than I expected but I only had a drink- I regret not having dinner there.

The best

We loved the elegant and modern design of the hotel, the central location within walking distance to key attractions, The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our family feel truly welcome. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety.

To be improved

Nothing significant—everything was well maintained. Perhaps more kid-friendly food options in the restaurant would be a nice touch. And being a family of 4 to have connected rooms.
