Vincci Soho

We stayed four nights in this excellent, centrally located hotel. All the sights in central Madrid are within walking distance, as are a number of places to eat. Even though we arrived at the hotel very early, we were able to check in straight away. We received a room upgrade: facing the street instead of the inside. The double windows in the room ensured that the noise from the street stayed outside. We were able to leave our luggage securely at the hotel both when checking in and when checking out. It was nice to be able to head back into the city for a while. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the same was true of the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room provided a pleasant temperature, which made sleeping on the wonderful bed even better. You can have breakfast from 5:00 a.m. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very tasty. If we visit Madrid again, we will definitely come back.

This is an excellent hotel, the amenities and services are first rate, the staff are extraordinarily helpful, and it is located at the very centre of Madrids' cultural and historic triangle. The room was extremely comfortable, very little noise for a central location, We spent 6 days here and always felt at home and always welcome. Excellent location in the "writers' quarter" of Madrid, with everything easily accessible, also walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Upon check-in, we even received an upgrade (from Deluxe to Deluxe Suite), with a separate "seating area/balcony" overlooking a quiet courtyard. Lovely, large bed with double pillows. Separate bathroom/toilet with a door, very spacious and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was truly top-notch, everything you could wish for, with Nespresso coffee machines, and everything was constantly replenished, even right up until closing time. The restaurant is also highly recommended; we had a truly excellent meal.

Nice hotel with a great location, helpful staff and the standard rooms are well equipped and clean. The hotel is good value for short stays in Madrid.

Amazing breakfast range. Long breakfast hours Checkout is at noon which is amazing. Possible luggage storage post checkout. Absolutely amazing and friendly staff. Comfy bed. Super warm shower and warm rooms. Sillent rooms and great amenities offered within the rooms.
