The best

Loved everything about this stay! The restaurant was a highlight, great atmosphere, delicious food, and such a nice place to unwind after a day in the city. Breakfast was also top, with plenty of options and really good quality. And a big thank you to Carla Bercedo (Guest Experience) for being so kind and attentive, she really made the difference. 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back!

“Wonderful memory in Madrid”
The best

We stayed at Vincci SoMa for a family weekend to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere — stylish, warm, and welcoming — and the location in Madrid is perfect for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond: the room surprises prepared for the birthday celebration were incredibly thoughtful and made the whole experience feel one of a kind. Special mention to Carla Bercedo from the Guest Experience team, whose personal attention and care made all the difference. For the quality and service you receive, the value is excellent. We would absolutely be back!

Excellent location, service, and the food is to die for. Delicious and poetic. I have stayed here several times, it is my favorite. It IS Madrid to me.

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome and took care of every detail of our stay. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the warmth and professionalism of the staff truly made a difference — especially during a longer stay. A special thank you to Carla, the Guest Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless for us. We’ll definitely be returning!
