Not sure how environmentally thoughtful after taking a walk towards the lake and smelling sewage

“Beautiful setting and clean modern facility but customer service needs improvement”

Beautiful natural setting by a lake. Modern building. Easy free parking

Front desk person at check in did not welcome me. Did not tell me anything about the property, amenities or where to have breakfast, etc. Check out person at front desk was also somewhat rude, did not smile or greet me at all, grumbled when I asked for a printed receipt. Water from bathroom sink tap in room smelled AND TASTED like algae! Yuck.

“Hotel is nice and in a charming location. Have stayed there multiple times and the price is good, restaurant very good and amenities like the pool and golf are great. Staff is also nice. · Cons: There is a part of the hotel (there our room was located this time) where wifi and phone signal did not reach well, so it was very frustrating because I could not access the internet from the room (had to walk to the lobby/restaurant area).”

“Nice surroundings, friendly staff, very good food for a fair price. · Cons: Outside of the island, there's not much to do. Sadly, the pool was closed during our stay. This was indicated, but it's something to pay attention to when booking.”

“Great location, nice surroundings”

The location is an awesome, beautiful area. The hotel building is nice, the park area is great and nicely looked after. The room is comfy and spacious, even a fridge is in your room.
