To be improved

Apt was not as per pictures on booking.com very dirty upon arrival no towel change no linen change no apt cleaning apt for 1 whole week very poor also was infested with fleas and insects we suffered many bites whilst sleeping and had to buy our own insect spray Key cards did not work to gain access to apt for day 1 We also could not gain access to the pool area codes given did not work we also had to get a taxi to get the keys for our apt upon arrival . details were very misleading and hotel staff not very helpful This facility has great potential if it got some proper management We would not return to this facility again

location perfect. Facilities all new and clean and modern. staff excellent at responding. we asked for a kettle and it was there.

To be improved

no direct sunlight of daylight in the lounge kitchen apart of a small side window. picture looks as though there is a juliet window.
