To be improved

It felt like we were in an under the ground room, even if it was on the ground floor. It was full of ants and bugs. The floor was very dirty. The bad was uncomfortable.Furniture was old and untidy. The air was really frowzy. We went with 2 kids and they gave pillows and towels just for the adults.

The best

Well-equipped apartment, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was always available and helpful. One night there was no hot water, but they responded immediately, and the issue was fixed the next day. As a gesture of apology, they left a box of traditional products (wine, chips, cookies) in the apartment.

To be improved

There is no cleaning service during the stay. We had to wash the towels ourselves (4 large and 4 small for a family of 4). There is a washing machine in the apartment and laundry capsules are provided.
