The vast spaciousness allowed our families to share the floor together. It's closer to Museo del Prado end and to walk towards plaza mayor prepare uphill.

To be improved

Nothing mayor, the receptionist at the head office lacking service n helpfulness.

It is in a great location. The instructions were easy. Very nice facility with everything that is needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

To be improved

We didn't like the extra charges. I think that you should advertise a price and then there shouldn't be any extras. We are on a school trip and we budgeted for a certain price and then there were extras that were added. We should know ALL of the costs up front.
