Overall, it was a good experience - nice and quite location, with walking shopping street Asuncion nearby - small shops, cafes, supermarkets (even Lidl) and farmacias (pharmacies) all around. Metro nearby. The sightseeing attractions like the river, Torro de Oro, Cathedral, Alcazar are in walking distance 10-15 min on average. The apartment has a good size (long rather than spacious) and is equipped with everything you might need to be comfortable including all eletrocnics. AC in both bedrooms. Clean. Towels and basic toiletries were provided (shampoo, bodywash, soap, for laundry). The bathroom seem to be renovated sometime ago, but some other parts are older - like windows and doors. Sound - you can hear the neighbors, but it looks like it is a normal story. Wi-fi worked well, good speed. It took some time to understand how to open that box and the door, as the key (or the door or the lock) seem to have some issues and you need to move it a bit back and forth. Also, the light on the floor - we arrived at midnight and there was no light in the corridor near the door. Otherwise, it would have helped. Also, it is worth mentioning that to unlock the front door of the building when you go out - you need to press a button which is under the mailboxes, not near the door - an unusual location. But the host was nice and always responded and communicated quite quickly when you reach out.

Construction noise! Next door they're renovating. Otherwise pretty good overall. Area rug needs replacing. It's grody. But good overall.

Nice 1st floor apartment. Has everything you need for your stay. Location is good with 15 mins to town and Plaza de Espana Communication good from host for entry. Good WiFi.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, I was with my parents so it was perfect for us. Coffee shops and supermarkets are available a few steps away. Clean and comfortable. A bit of a walk to the center, but the local neighborhood has a good vibe. Host was outstanding! Very communicative and helpful. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommended!
