The place is in disrepair very dirty, very dusty, moldy and worst of all people have been smoking in an apartment which has NO windows for ventilation so everything stinks badly to the point its uncomfortable. We found a used smashed ash tray and crushed cans of beer and redbull under the sofa bed when "trying" to put it togather. The owners where aware of our party size they should have made up the sofa bed and they would of discovered the mess within. After seeing the images on booking.com and else where your expectations are high but upon arrival you realise these images are very misleading as this apartment has not been cleaned or up kept properly for years. Everything is damaged and dirty, windows dirty, couches stain dirty, walls dirty and damaged, mold in both showers and on the tiles, we had 3 people in our group so the sofa bed was important. The sofa bed is held together with a chain (I now see other have mentioned this in there reviews, I wish I paid more close attention to them before booking) and is broken and badly stain. We had to stuff things under it so that it would not collapse in the night. Almost all the cupboard and doors are broken and the kettle is missing, DO NOT close the heavy sliding glass doors to the toilets as they easily come off there roles (or are off) and are extremely dangerous being heavy glass, one of our group was stuck in the tolite area for almost an hour just because she wanted to close the door to the toilet. We had issues with ants, cockroaches and mosquito's which is not a huge issue for us as we are Australian but I think if the cleanliness was better they would not be there. I did reach out to the owner and spent sometime speaking with them via whatsapp, was a pointless waste of time it's clear they are aware of all the issues and are unwilling or unable to get the place up to standard which is a shame as this would of been a fantastic stay should this place have been cleaned and in good repair.

Without glasses for wine, a lot of cups and glasses are broken, and there’s no soap.
