Well-located right by the beach, providing good access.
Mixed sentiment, some issues with owner communication as they do not speak Spanish.
Not explicitly mentioned, assumed to be standard for the area.
Positive aspects like views and location countered by significant cleanliness and service issues.
Reasonable pricing for the location, but cleanliness and service detract from overall value.
Basic amenities available, but the absence of air conditioning affects comfort.
“A wonderful view of the sea, but otherwise, unfortunately, the apartment is not very hospitable and”
The sea view. The very friendly owner. The refrigerator/freezer. The washing machine.
The apartment has mold and damp panes in the bedroom, mold on the kitchen and bathroom windows. The front bedroom stinks. The closets are full of heaters, fans, and bedding, leaving little to no room for personal laundry. The furnishings are very run down. Old sofas. Moldy outdoor chairs in the living room (plastic rattan, where the rattan has already come off). A plastic flower without a leaf. There are no blackout curtains, and in the kitchen, there's no sun protection at all with a three-sided window. The curtains in the living room are about 50 cm too long and lie on the floor.A rusty metal basket stand and rusty shower basket in the bathroom. The plastic kitchen cover on the fitted kitchen is broken. The plate rack is broken. Ugly dishes/pots. No sharp knife, no peeler. The oven is broken, one hotplate is broken. A dish brush is in a cut-up plastic bottle next to the toilet. No vacuum cleaner, no broom/dustpan. Outside, there is a broken old plastic broom, an unusable lounger, an unusable, broken grill. An old, faded parasol and stand. Peeling metal chairs. Outdoor chairs with broken plastic seats. Peeling facade paint.
“Nice, a bit older, apartment by the beach”
The apartment is a bit old, but very nice. The bed mattress was very comfy. It has huge terrace which gets sun all day long - this was definitely a plus in November. Location very close to the beach is awesome. I also enjoyed the views of the sea. The building between the apartment and the main street reduces noise from the cars quite a lot. I really appreciated it has bit washer and dryer.
Key pickup process was very chaotic - the lock box did not work, the staff did not speak any English and the owner was not there. The cleaning lady was able to give me keys, but I didnt get the key for parking (luckily I could park in front of the building since there were little cars during low season). The wardrobes were quite cluttered (eg. 5 different heaters, bucket of paint, loads of blankets). There was not enough space for my stuff in there. I missed a dishwasher.
