“We had a great stay at Vista Bella, seamless experience from booking right through to checking out.”
The best

The property was well equipped, spotless and in perfect location for our trip. It’s in a small gated community and prime spot as it sits right opposite the beautiful swimming pools. The grounds were immaculate and perfectly maintained. All the neighbours were really friendly. Private parking space right at the property. The whole community was very peaceful and quiet. Host communication was amazing. Thank you for accommodating our needs for key collection. We will definitely be back.

To be improved

The air con tripped the whole electrics. We were there in April so not a necessity but in high season this would definitely be required. The back door to small courtyard didn’t close never mind lock. Not a massive issue re security as you would need to have access to surrounding properties to be able to scale your way down internal walls to get access. In high season this would allow easy access to the pesky mosquitos. Outside couch needs to be replaced before someone falls through it. There was only the two of us so we were fine to sit on the newly replaced seats.

The best

It's a great neighborhood, great location if you want a quiet place. The neighbors are friendly. No partying, no noise. The swimming pool is very clean. Rooms are very clean, you can find everything you need in the kitchen. Tv, WiFi

We were not given the room which we booked, but another on the same complex. Cleanliness- the shower tray looked as though it had never been cleaned and I would only shower wearing my flip flops. Toiletries, washing machine cleaners were all empty. Towels and bedding appeared about 100 years old.
