“It was spectacular and we will be definitelly back!”
The best

Safe and quiet area, very fresh and cozy bungalow with a nice terrace and balcony, perfectly equiped with everything you need f.e. coffee maker, washing machine, etc., two swimming pools, Spar - a minisupermarket, a local restaurant and the stop of the buss Nr. 73 nearby., friendly owner and a cleaning lady!:-)

To be improved

Sonnenland is a quiet area a bit outside of the busy touristic places and ca. 30 min on foot from Faro de Maspalomas and the seaside passage, ca. 25 min on foot to the nice Mercadona supermarket so you must like walking (which we do), have a car or lots of patience when waiting for the local bus!😜

“Excellent property at a very reasonable price”
The best

the apartment was fully equipped and very clean. The host was very helpful. The complex was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely a 10+
