To be improved

Chairs and sofa old and worn. Sofa very uncomfortable as had wooden board placed under the cushions to repair. Smell of sewage from the en-suite bathroom. No mattress protectors on the beds and mattress stained. With bed bugs around in Spain this is poor cleanliness. We told the agent we were looking to move apartments but would lose our money. She offered to help us find somewhere else but if agents don’t even insist on mattress protectors we declined.
