Garden furniture as mentioned in other reviews is really dated and needs to be replaced; The apartment building is old and so noisy. We had trouble with the people in the apartments above us and next to us. People who sat on the balcony until 2 am in the morning for party; The door lock is ancient and difficult to open; Shower head is broken and can’t be mounted to the wall; Owner placed a security cam on the balcony! Therefor you feel like you’re being watched continuously. Lack of privacy.

“Great view in a cozy Appartement”
The best

The view from your private balcony is amazing. & the rooms are clean & comfortable. There's a smart TV in the living room which is nice for a bad weather chilled day. Communication with the owner was easy with WhatsApp.

To be improved

Some of the kitchen stuff (knife, pans) is very overused & should be renewed. There aren't that much cups as well. Also the balcony furniture seems very overused. Our washing machine was broken & the owner agreed to pay for our laundry. Badly we haven't seen him or the money.
